Access 2003 Creating Forms

Objective

Learn to create and modify forms using AutoForm, the Form Wizard, and Design View.

Prerequisite Skills

Comfortable creating and working with Access databases and tables.

Course Description

Do you want to make a data entry in Access easier? Do you want to learn about the different types of forms you can create and the different methods for creating them?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Understand forms and form types.

  • Understand the controls you can use to enter data or view information in a form.

  • Navigate through existing forms in Form view, Datasheet view, and Design view.

  • Sort and filter data.

  • Add, modify, delete, and save records.

  • Create a form using AutoForm or the Form Wizard.

  • Create a form using the Design view.

  • Define the form display size to match the size of your monitor.

  • Add fields to a form.

  • Modify forms.

  • Create a switchboard form.

  • Specify form properties.

  • Delete a form.
