Objective

Learn to create a report from the Design view, use subreports, create calculations, and define multi-column reports. Also learn to create reports using charts and crosstab reports.

Course Description

Do you want to create a more customized report to meet more specific needs? Do you want to use subreports, create calculations in a report, or group and sort the information in a report?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Learn to create reports using the Design view.

  • Use the grid to place, move, align, and resize controls with precision.

  • Sort or group the information in a report to control how it displays.

  • Create subreports and subforms (reports within a report).

  • Use expressions to display a date, page number, or calculation in a report.

  • Add a chart to a report.

  • Create a crosstab report.

  • Print multiple report columns on a page.

  • Create report snapshots so that users without Access can view your report.
