Access 2010 Enhancing Reports

Objective

Learn to enhance a report by filtering, sorting, grouping, and totaling it, changing its layout, and adding enhanced controls to the report, such as subreports and charts. Also learn to apply conditional formatting to a report.

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Work with reports in Report view.

  • Change the tab order of a report.

  • Find a specific value in a report.

  • Filter a report to locate records that meet specific criteria.

  • Use layouts to arrange report controls.

  • Display a printed report in multiple columns.

  • Sort, group, and total a report.

  • Add text boxes, hyperlinks, subreports, and charts to a report.

  • Control where page breaks occur in a report.

  • Apply conditional formatting to a report.
