Objective

Learn to organize PDF files into collections, store related files in PDF Portfolios, attach files to PDF documents, add stamps to a document, and use batch sequences to automate frequently performed tasks.

Course Description

Do you want to organize your PDF files into logical groups, so you can find them more easily? Do you need to find a convenient way to send a group of files (PDF and other file types) to other people? Do you want to save time applying settings that you use often?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Find and group files using the Organizer and collections.

  • Assemble PDF documents and other files into PDF Portfolios.

  • Edit the information in the document properties.

  • Set the default view for a document.

  • Attach files to a PDF document.

  • Stamp a document and create your own stamps for documents.

  • Use batch sequences to automate tasks you complete often.
