1-on-1 Application Support

Our 1-on-1 Application Support sessions give individuals the opportunity to work with an experienced instructor on the topic of their choice. Many students choose a 90 Minute Workout^® title from our course catalog, while others simply come with questions about how best to use a particular application for their own projects or documents.

1-on-1 Application Support is an ideal solution if you...

• Found a class on our calendar that you want to attend, but the scheduled date and time doesn't work for you.

• Want to learn a few specific skills within an application, and those skills don't map directly to one of our standard 90 Minute Workouts^®.

• Learn best when you have more dedicated attention from the instructor.

• Need help setting up a specific file properly or making the best use of the software you used to create the file.

Available Topics

1-on-1 Application Support is available for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook, Project, and Windows. If you need help with another application, contact us and we will do our best to schedule a session with a consultant who can effectively address your needs.

Delivery Options

Our public virtual classroom schedule contains several 1-on-1 Application Support sessions each week.

If we have an instructor in your geographic area, we can also schedule 1-on-1 sessions on site at your location. A minimum of a half-day commitment is required, though that half day can be divided into multiple sessions with other individuals in your organization. Contact us for more details.
