Objective

Learn to use Office 2003 reviewing tools to effectively collaborate on and review Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations with other team members.

Prerequisite Skills

Comfortable with the basic features of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2003.

Course Description

Have you created a document, spreadsheet, or presentation that you want others to review? Do you want to allow others to provide suggestions or make changes to your file without losing your original version?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Understand the review cycle for Office 2003 files.

  • Use Outlook to route a document, spreadsheet, or presentation for review.

  • Route files without using Outlook.

  • Control the types of changes others can make to your Word documents.

  • Receive a file for review.

  • Highlight text or data in a document or spreadsheet.

  • Add comments to a document, spreadsheet, or presentation.

  • Return the reviewed file to the author.

  • Reconcile changes made by each reviewer.
