Course Description

Do you want to learn how to manage your time using the Outlook calendar? Do you want to maintain a task list to help you keep track of things you need to accomplish? This class provides a general introduction to the Outlook calendar, with a focus on creating appointments and events on your own calendar and adding tasks to your task list.

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Understand the different calendar views.

  • Navigate to different dates on the calendar.

  • Schedule appointments and events on your calendar.

  • Modify an existing appointment.

  • Create repeating calendar entries.

  • Delete an appointment or event.

  • Add recognized holidays to your calendar.

  • Work with reminders.

  • Print your calendar.

  • Add a task to your task list.

  • Mark a task complete.
