Course Description
Are you always typing the same information at the close of each
of your mail messages? Do you want to mark messages to remind
yourself to follow up on them? Do you want a quick way to inform
people when you are out of the office and unable to respond to
e-mail messages?
Attend this course if you want to:

Use the Out of Office Assistant to notify people when you
are not available to respond to messages.

Flag an outgoing message to provide additional instructions
or requests to the recipient.

Flag an incoming message to remind yourself to complete some
follow up action.

Indicate to recipients that your message is of high (or low)
importance.

Add people to your Outlook Contacts list.

Send a message to someone in your Contacts list.

Create and use personal distribution lists.

Share personal distribution lists that you create.

Use public distribution lists.

Add a signature to the end of your e-mail messages.

Use voting buttons to solicit responses from recipients.

Track messages to know when the recipient receives and/or
reads the message.
