Learn to schedule meetings with other Outlook users and respond
to meeting requests you receive. Also, learn how to view other
users' calendars to check their availability.

Do you want to schedule meetings with your co-workers and ensure
you pick a time during which they are available? Do you want an
easy way to track whether invitees are planning to attend a meeting
you scheduled?
