Learn to navigate in the new Outlook 2003 interface and understand
the new and improved features available in the latest version
of Outlook.
Prerequisite Skills
Comfortable with the Windows environment and with a previous
version of Outlook.

Have you recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 (or are you preparing
to upgrade)? Do you need help finding information and navigating
around in the new interface? Do you want to learn how Outlook's
new features can help increase your efficiency?
