Course Description
Are you always typing the same information at the close of each
of your mail messages? Do you want to mark messages to remind
yourself to follow up on them? Do you want a quick way to inform
people when you are out of the office and unable to respond to
e-mail messages?
Attend this course if you want to:

Use the Out of Office Assistant to notify people when you
are not available to respond to messages.

Add a signature to the end of your e-mail messages.

Attach another Outlook message, a business card, or your
calendar to an e-mail message.

Flag an outgoing message to provide additional instructions
or requests to the recipient.

Flag an incoming message to remind yourself to complete some
follow up action.

Categorize your messages.

Indicate to recipients that your message is of high (or low)
importance.

Secure a message using Information Rights Management (if
available).

Use voting buttons to solicit responses from recipients.

Track messages to know when the recipient receives and/or
reads the message.

Attempt to recall a message you sent.

Choose a location to save sent messages.
