Learn the functionality of the Outlook application, with a focus on the basic features of Outlook 2007 mail.

Course Description

Are you new to Microsoft Outlook? Do you want to learn about the basic components of the application, as well as how to read, send, reply to, delete, and file e-mail messages?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Become comfortable with the Outlook screen and the different components of Outlook.

  • Create, address, and send e-mail messages in Outlook.

  • Spell check your messages.

  • Save a message as a draft so you can complete it later.

  • Read incoming messages.

  • Arrange and group the messages in your message list.

  • View blocked pictures in HTML messages.

  • Reply to messages you receive.

  • Forward messages to other people.

  • Attach a separate file to an e-mail message.

  • File messages into folders.

  • Print a message.

  • Delete a message you no longer need.

  • Use Outlook's online help to find more information.

  • Exit Outlook.
