Outlook 2010 Formatting Messages
Objective
Learn to enhance your Outlook 2010 messages by using advanced
formatting options such as themes, stationery, and styles. Also
learn to include items such as other messages, business cards,
calendars, illustrations, screenshots, and hyperlinks in e-mail
messages. Learn to conditionally format messages and save messages
outside of Outlook.
Prerequisite Skills
Comfortable with basic and advanced features of Outlook 2010
mail.

Course Description
Do you want to enhance the look of your messages and make them
easier to read? Do you want to include visual elements such as
screenshots, clip art, and diagrams in a message? Do you want
to provide links to websites or other documents?
Attend this course if you want to:

Format the text in a message.

Cut or copy text from one location and paste it in another.

Choose HTML, Rich Text, or Plain Text format for one message
or all messages you create.

Apply an Office theme.

Use Outlook themes and stationery.

Format message text using styles.

Attach Outlook items to a message.

Attach a business card, calendar snapshot, or signature to
a message.
