Course Description

Do you want to use content from one presentation in another? Do you want to add visual interest by replacing some of your bulleted lists with SmartArt diagrams? Do you know how to save your presentations in different formats for different purposes?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Save time with keyboard shortcuts.

  • Store multiple cut/copied items on the Clipboard task pane.

  • Use Paste Options and Paste Special to control the way pasted information displays.

  • Duplicate a slide.

  • Insert slides from another presentation.

  • Insert slides from an outline document.

  • Use the Selection and Visibility Task Pane to work with objects on a slide.

  • Convert a bulleted list to a SmartArt diagram.

  • Create hyperlinks on a slide.

  • Create a PowerPoint photo album from pictures stored on your computer.

  • Create handouts of a presentation in Microsoft Word.

  • Save a presentation in different formats.

  • Use PowerPoint's reviewing and proofing tools.

  • Protect a presentation from unauthorized changes.
