scenarios, and locate and resolve overallocated resources.
Prerequisite Skills
Familiar with project management concepts and with using Microsoft
Project to create a basic project plan.

Course Description
What is a critical path? How do you use the critical path to
help you manage your project? In this course, learn to locate
the critical path and use different methods of shortening the
project plan. Also, learn to analyze your resources and locate
and reduce overallocation.
