Learn to use the capabilities of Project 2003 to refine and improve
your project plan.
Prerequisite Skills
Familiar with project management concepts and with using Microsoft
Project to create a simple project plan.

Course Description
You have the basics of your project plan down, but now you need
to refine the project with more information. In this course, learn
to refine task relationships, enter lag or lead time, apply constraints,
assign costs, and work with resource information.
Attend this course if you want to:

to determine most likely task durations.
