Virtual Classroom Quick Reference
Guide
Our public classes are held in a virtual classroom on the Internet,
using a tool called the WebEx Training Center. You'll join the class
through your Web browser and will interact with the instructor and
other students over the telephone.
The Virtual Classroom Quick Reference Guide answers many questions
about how to join and participate in a class. Click the link below
to download this guide. (Acrobat

Suggested Training Paths
The majority of the classes on our public schedule are 90
Minute Workouts®—short, topic-specific classes
that allow you to choose exactly which skills you need to learn
in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other applications.
If you're brand new to an application, the "Getting Started"
classes should be the first step in your training path. Once you
have a foundation of basic skills, however, our Suggested
Training Path diagrams can help you determine which classes
to take next.
The following example shows the suggested training path for Excel
2007.

catalog, click the appropriate links below. (All
links are to PDF files. Acrobat
Reader required.)
