Virtual Classroom Quick Reference Guide

Our public classes are held in a virtual classroom on the Internet, using a tool called the WebEx Training Center. You'll join the class through your Web browser and will interact with the instructor and other students either through a computer headset (or speakers and microphone) or via a conference call on the telephone. (You choose which audio option to use when you join the class.)
