efficiently. Also, learn to create hyperlinks, bookmarks, and cross-references, as well as how to work with Outline view and master documents.

Do you create long documents such as reports or proposals? Do
you want to learn how you can navigate and work with these documents
more efficiently as you create and edit them?
Attend this course if you want to:

Find content in your documents using the Navigation Pane.

Search for specific formats and special characters.

Understand the function of the Browse By buttons on the vertical scroll bar.

Split the screen to view two different areas of the document
at once.

View the same document in two separate windows.

View two different documents side by side.

Browse a document in Full Screen Reading view.

Create and use bookmarks to find specific locations quickly.

Link to other locations using hyperlinks.

Cross-reference other pages in your document (and ensure
that the page numbers update automatically when necessary).

View, edit, or create a document in Outline view.
